June 16-17, 2003

1. The National Wild Horse and Burro Advisory Board recommends that the Strategic Plan be signed by the Director as soon as possible.
   
   
2. The National Wild Horse and Burro Advisory Board recommends that BLM enter into an MOU with the Foundation by the end of the Fiscal Year.
   
   
3. The National Wild Horse and Burro Advisory Board recommends that BLM and USDA investigate alternative funding authorities and/or incentives as a means of continuing and expanding the WY Pilot Project.
